Kodiak’s investment strategy seeks to enable small business owners who have built successful businesses to exit them in whole or in part with a meaningful liquidity event and, at the same time, have a way to perpetuate the legacy they have built.
Kodiak is currently developing a strategy focused on partnering with small and medium-sized businesses and anticipates launching its first fund in the future. We are currently evaluating opportunities and building relationships with management teams across targeted sectors. There is no guarantee that any of the companies currently under evaluation or associated with Kodiak's investment pipeline, including those representing more than $230 million in enterprise value, will ultimately be included in the fund's portfolio.
