Denis Aven is an experienced investor with a background spanning venture, growth, and buyout investing. Before co-founding Kodiak, Denis was a Principal at 8VC, a leading technology investment firm. Earlier in his career, he was an investor on the Technology team at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm. Denis began his career at Lazard in the Restructuring group. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University, graduating cum laude, and an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Khaled is an investor with experience across private equity and structured growth investments. Prior to Kodiak, he was part of the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs, where he was focused on technology and services investing. He oversaw multiple portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle, supporting strategic initiatives, recapitalizations, and exits. Khaled earned a B.A. in Economics with High Honors from Harvard University.
